Shipping Policy 

We're committed to getting your Carbon Athletics products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping for commercial bulk orders typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

For online ecommerce orders, shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery destination.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@carbonathletics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue and make it right.
